It was a good show but frankly this Devon Soltendieck has got to go! He's the most boring VJ/host ever! There's something about him that's missing as a Muchmusic host ... oh I know ... it's called "spontaneity"! There's nothing wrong with being prepared with a bunch of relevant questions to ask celebs but being a good host is all about being spontaneous with the guests (and the crowd) - he sounds like he's running through his preplanned list/script in his head and HAD to ask everything in a preplanned order! He's totally NOT in the moment, he's uptight and BORING. On the red carpet, the celebs want to interact with the fans and have fun, who the hell cares about so and so order chinese take-out with Tom Cruise?? What's with all those "what do you see in your future??" type questions - if you can't think of anything to ask, just feel the vibe and go with the crowd. I can see even some of the guests/celebs were bored with him. And what's with his persistance in asking Joss Stone about "did you learning life lessons from Lauren Hill"? If I were Joss Stone, I'd find that insulting; is he trying to say Joss Stone doesn't know anything? He may be a good researcher but definitely not a good host. Just SOOOO amateur! Maybe he would work better behind the scene as a researcher rather than in front of the camera!
